FYI – From Sam Driggers, UMP Dirtcar Racing:

All tracks that have been UMP sanctioned with the Street Stock class, must set a time line in the 2008 season for all of their cars to be legal by the above rules.

If you are a new UMP Street Stock track, you have 1 year to bring your cars up to code.

All drivers do not forget if the rule is not listed in the above rules, you must conform to track rules.  By the 2009 season, we will have a complete set of rules.

Some of you people need to understand that we at UMP Dirtcar started this class for you.  We wanted you to be a part of something bigger and better.  We have not ever done or said one thing that we did not follow through on.  With that being said, you also need to know I will not tolerate people calling my office and disrespecting me or my staff.  We do not owe you anything and will not be yelled, cursed, and screamed at by anyone, we do not do this to you and you will not do it to us.
